Due to issues of U.S. National Security Diamondback Tactical is no longer taking orders or shipping product to overseas customers unless it is a designated US APO Address. If you are a US "Customer" that has "Special Requirements" for overseas shipments we can accommodate you with documentation, email Sales@diamondbacktactical.com for information needed. We apologize but feel DBT customers will understand this policy.

Guarantee
All items carry a 30 day money back guarantee on damaged goods. Exchanges are at the customer’s expense for shipping cost unless diamondback is at fault. If you are returning an item due to dislike or customer order error, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied and taken out of customer refund. In some cases if item was a custom ordered item this guarantee may not apply. Please e-mail or call for return authorization number before mailing item back to us. This will ensure your return or exchange is taken care of in a timely manner.

Use of Cordura® Material
Because of our commitment to offer superior products, Diamondback Tactical uses only US-made 1000 denier and 500 denier Cordura® nylon fabric and webbing to construct our packs, bags and pouches and to cover our armor. Cordura nylon is INVISTA's branded fabric offering and has been the industry Gold standard for over 25 years. Cordura nylon provides the ultimate level of protection against abrasion, tears and punctures. No other fabric can provide this level of durability and the required security and comfort to protect your vital equipment and supplies.

In addition to standard or piece-dyed Cordura, Diamondback Tactical now offers Cordura®-SDN (Cordura Solution Dyed Nylon) with Camouflage Color Technology. These new, innovative fabrics and webbing are constructed from solution-dyed fibers that are engineered to meet the Military Near Infrared (NIR) specifications and color/shade requirements. Since the color is built into the fiber, the fabrics and webbing are inherently more resistant to UV fade and the color/shade has a duller/flatter appearance which is more uniform and consistent lot-to-lot and item-to-item versus piece-dyed fabrics. Providing the ultimate in durability while adding the protection and security of NIR Color Camouflage Technology, Cordura-SDN is offered in a limited military color palette.
